Description

When printing the font (high) pressure á la Johannes Gutenberg is called (1400-1468). The artistic techniques woodcut, linocut, print material, etc. are also high pressures. Special features of letterpress printing are the possibilities of using too rough papers, embossing and the vibrant look and feel of the printed image.
This weekend can various clichés printing and embossing things from business cards to be developed up to poster size DIN A2 by means of lead-hand set in font sizes from 6p to 96p as well. They learn, among others Space bands, Regle tablets and fish know, also continue writing history, compositional techniques, typography and printing presses developments. To print are a platen press (A5) and a hand-press (ca.DIN A2) ready. Please, if available, draft o.o. bring and requested paper!
