Description

If you’ve ever wished you could make your own bread, this is the course for you. Bake your way to success as you learn all about ingredients, kneading, proofing and shaping.

Our bakery team will guide you through this hands-on practical day, which is dedicated to learning every stage of the artisan baking process.

No prior baking experience is necessary; just enthusiasm and a desire to make real bread! the team will discuss the importance of ingredients and explain the journey from flour to finished loaf, as you create a selection of bread to take home including;

  • White country style loaf
  • Tinned malthouse loaf
  • Tinned wholemeal loaf
  • Rolls

 This course includes light refreshments and lunch.

All ingredients, equipment and recipes are provided by the School.
