Jams, Relishes & Preserves Workshop!
This is a very interesting original workshop that incorporates some of the most popular seasonal recipes. You will learn the basics of jam making and preserving, including preparation, jar sterilization, setting points and bottling.
The day includes making a diverse range of recipes using different techniques (e.g. pickling, fermenting, preserving). We’ll be making some incredible recipes including:
While you will be involved in cooking, you can fully enjoy tastings. In addition, you will get an instruction booklet plus several jars of delicious preserves or pickles to share the joy with your family and friends.
