The course is a full immersion from appetizer to the desert. Start at 9am with a meeting on the terrace of the Farmhouse with a full continental breakfast where we discuss about all the preparation that we will do then we go in our garden for picking a organic product for the course.
After let's go cooking. We teach how choice the fresh fish and how portioning and cooking too. Will prepare from appetizer to dessert fresh homemade pasta, delicious main courses and the traditional Amalfi coast cakes. Chef Giuseppe working in a michelin star restaurant and Pastry Chef Salvatore is a renowned pastry chef so together they offer a full professional service.
At the end of the course all the participants have a wonderful lunch all together with all the creations made in the course including drinks and local vine with amazing view.
